HOUSE RULES:

Furniture: All seating areas are white or cream coloured and have been professionally treated. Please be mindful and utilize the dining area or kitchen when consuming food or drink. Your security deposit may be withheld if it is not in the same condition as you found it.

Food and Beverage Disposal: Please clear out the fridge, freezer and pantry and bring back all your food and beverages with you. Please remember to empty out the coffee basket!

Garbage: Please collect all garbage using the garbage bags provided, and dispose in the garbage bin outside, near the front of the property. Please ensure the bin is securely closed and that no bags are left outside with the risk of attracting bears.

Recycling: At this time, there is no recycling service. Kindly include recyclables in the garbage.

Streaming Accounts: Please ensure you log off your streaming accounts from the Smart TV (Netflix, Disney Plus, etc).

Fireplace: Please ensure the fireplace is completely put out before you leave.

Lock-up: Please ensure all windows and doors are locked up.

Key Return: Please return the key in the flower bed outside the entrance door.

Luggage Storage: Please feel free to store all luggage in the basement.

Strictly no pets allowed on premises.

Comfort

01 FIREPLACE INSTRUCTIONS

Enjoy the soothing warmth of our wood-burning fireplace. Once you are done utilizing the fireplace, manually put it out. Please be safe and mindful that the shoot is always open. Make sure to close the doors to the fire when in use so the smoke does not enter the house.

02 HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS

To properly care for our outdoor hot tub, please put one cap full of “spa shock” into the hot tub after you're done using it for the day.

03 DECK LIGHTS INSTRUCTIONS

The side deck lights can be found beside the entrance door. The back patio deck lights can be found to the left of the plant nearest to the corner window.

04 SUN SHADES INSTRUCTIONS

To open the sun shades, use the small white remote. Please make sure that all the red lights are blinking to open both sets of blinds.

05 TRAMPOLINE

Please use at your own discretion.

06 WORKOUT AREA

Weights are to be used strictly at your own risk and discretion.

07 LIFE JACKETS

Please note we do not supply life jackets. Please bring your own life jackets if you intend on riding a boat or participating in water sports. Please enjoy the water at your own risk and discretion.
